Natapoaki Noah
Natapoaki has always wanted to serve God. But her father was an alcoholic and sold her to the warriors in exchange for alcohol. When she was old enough, her father married her to an older man who did not know or love God. He would come and beat Natapoaki and the others who wanted to worship God whenever they gathered for ‘church’ under a tree. Natapoaki used to run out into the bush to pray to God. Now that she is a widow, she has the freedom she has always longed for – the freedom to worship God, to sing for him and to dance for Him.
There’s something so peaceful and joyful in her eyes. She is content. She is fulfilled. She is thankful. She is beautiful.
Natapoaki is the mother of five. She has four boys and one girl. Two of her children are adults, three are still young. Natapoaki has asked me many times to please take her son Andrew, and bring him to live with me. She has asked me so many times to send her son to school so that he can get an education.

Let’s build a school in Maasailand so that Natapoaki’s children can go to school.
My new friend! What a joyful night of jumping and singing we had…I am overwhelmed with God’s love, joy and peace. Thank you for sharing your life with me…now that I know more of your story, I can be even more impressed with your spirit of beauty and peace. I know you will have a school for your children soon!
