Week 1: PowerHouse Church
And so it begins! We landed at Houston airport in Texas on Thursday, with all our luggage in tow. Praise God! After a joyous reunion with Morgan, our Canadian recruit for this leg of our journey, we set out for Jordan Ranch. PowerHouse Church were incredibly generous hosts. At their wonderful retreat we were able to enjoy some fresh air, good food and peaceful environs, and recovered from any lingering jetlag in record time. We even made an impromptu music video for their upcoming commercial. After some brief rehearsal sessions we were ready for our first official appearance on this, our 2014 ‘Why Such Fear?’, En-Kata Choir Tour.
