While catering for us at Jordan Ranch, Mik caught on to just how much the Maasai were missing their herds, so he organised a quick trip to Stryk Jersey Farm where we stood and  ‘filled our eyes with cows’.  We were given a tour of the dairy and the choir gave an impromptu performance for its owners, Bob and Darlene Stryk. The Stryk’s were generous hosts and we have been enjoying the homemade cheeses they donated. Thanks so much to Mik and the Stryk’s for good fun and tasty produce!
